Youth leadership development

The iLead Program is a youth leadership development program that was conceived developed by John C. Maxwell, a world renown leadership guru, He developed the iLead program after over 40 years of working with leaders of all spheres all over the world wide. iLead is provides a foundation of values from which students are empowered to lead themselves and others, in a way that results in powerful positive change.

Character development

The Program, which builds character development in young people, has been shown to improve students’ wellbeing, raise class attendance and performance, as well as ensure a future generation of engaged and productive citizens. Educators report students finding their voice, while students report a sense of community with their peers. Furthermore, as the iLead principles are applied in schools, the school culture is impacted.
